Our product are custom made to your specifications.  Due to the uniqueness, they are non-cancelable.  If for any reason the firmness needs adjustment, we will provide you with that service for a service fee.  Shipping fees will apply.  Since these all natural mattresses and box springs are made to order, you should receive your merchandise from 3 - 5 weeks.
